A new chapter built on a rich industrial heritage

Although Sincereal is newly established, our story began long before our name existed.
For decades, the Itancourt and Bromborough sites have produced cereals enjoyed across Europe, developing strong expertise in grain transformation and long-standing relationships with local agricultural ecosystems.

In 2025 these capabilities came together under a new independent group following a transition from CPW. This marked the beginning of a focused and agile organisation with the ambition to shape the next generation of European cereal manufacturing.

Today, Sincereal carries forward a legacy of craftsmanship while embracing a future built on innovation, responsibility and continuous improvement.
